Service Refunds

Dental services are generally non-refundable once treatment has been completed. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or adjustment is appropriate:

  • Treatment Not Completed: If treatment is not completed due to circumstances beyond your control, we will provide a partial refund for the unused portion of the service.
  • Service Error: If there is an error in the service provided, we will work with you to correct the issue or provide an appropriate refund.
  • Prepaid Services: For prepaid treatment plans or packages, refunds will be calculated based on services already rendered.

Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations:

Product Refunds

For dental products, appliances, or devices purchased from our practice:

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
  • Custom-made items (such as dental appliances) are generally non-refundable once fabrication has begun
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
  • All returns must be in original packaging with proof of purchase

Insurance and Payment Adjustments

If your insurance coverage differs from our initial estimate:

  • We will adjust your account balance accordingly
  • Overpayments will be refunded within 14-21 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
  • For cash payments, refunds may be issued by check

Refund Processing

  • Custom-made dental appliances that have been fabricated
